	Your subscription could save you hundreds of dollars in pre-hospital medical bills not covered by insurance. If you use our service, we will bill your insurance company. As a subscriber you are not responsible for whatever your insurance company does not pay. Your subscriptions and additional donations are vital to our success. We rely on our annual subscription drive and collections from services rendered to continue offering you the best emergency medical services available.

	How To Subscribe Mail a 2007 Subscription Application along with payment to our headquarters.  The application can be found on our brochure.  You can download a brochure using the link above or request a copy be mailed to you.		2007 Subscription Levels Single Adult         $35 Single Senior†     $25 Double Senior†   $35 Household‡         $50 † Age 65 or older ‡ Up to 2 adults and all children under 21

	Subscribers of the 2007 subscription drive have the benefits of coverage for remaining balances on partly covered bills. Your insurance companies may still be billed for services rendered.  Subscriptions are valid March 1, 2007 through February 29, 2008.
